Random Baubles

Filed under: Accessories, Clothing, Jewelry, Toys & Gadgets — Sabrina Doolittle @ 12:57 am

You know, for a self-described fashionista, I am not so much about the accessories. Salome is the one with the fashion ability to do baubles and bracelets and handbags; I’m a busy woman, I’m seriously impatient, and I rarely have energy for that level of fussing.

But every now and then, something catches my eye and I just have to have it. So it was with the Fiore set from Caroline’s:

I am smitten with the bright colours and the twisty, springing prims that come together to make these lovely accessories. While Caroline’s is packed with fun, hip casual jewelry, these are part of a selection of more dressy accessories; there are some purple posies and some bright green shamrock selections along these lines as well. Truly, they are lovely. There really is a vast selection for all you jewellery magpies. Flock, my lovlies, flock!
And something else I couldn’t leave behind: the Random bag, which comes in four prints to choose from:

Why “random”? Well, it isn’t just a swanky bag; every now and then it drops a random, bizarre, temp-rezz object behind you - bricks, pills, the kitchen sink… Hours of fun for the whole family.

Update: Because I am an impatient maven, I have vastly underestimated the powers of this bag. It drops wild shit, all of it interactive: a brick that breaks glass, a casset tape that plays hysterical music, a water pistol all your friends can touch to get copies and have a water fight, and best of all, a condom you can touch to rezz a… sheep:

Which, of course, baas when you touch it. This is the Starax wand of couture, people, and I defy you to find a more subversive handbag in all of SL. The best.
