Recently Nephilaine Protagonist of PixelDolls dropped a few new releases on me, and while I am trying to dilligently go through all of the inventory that arrived while I was away, I couldn’t resist. Neph’s stuff immediately jumped the queue. Please take your irritation out on her instead of me; after all, it isn’t my fault she makes totally irresistable clothing.
My favourite outfit is the Aire dress, which comes in eight colours and is so frigging cute:
I love the buttoned up detail on the prim skirt and shirt, which meet perfectly, and the single, sexy unbuttoned button up top. You can work a ton of looks with this dress - it would be adorable with Doc-style boots, for example, though its also a sweet casual summer dress just on it’s own. The top, which has really well-done, perfectly blended prim puff sleeves, also looks delicious on its own with jeans or black trousers.
The more dressy Fiore also comes in eight colours and is seductively rich and beautifully textured. The lace detailing is outstanding, and the highlighing on the dress top and that fades down to some shadowing helps the prim skirt blend perfectly.
Neph’s really brilliant shading and highlighting work is one of the factors that makes PD clothing both so distinctive and so damn good. I can spot it at 20 paces, and I’m sure most other veteran shoppers can, too.
My favourite new dressy dress, though, is the outstanding Baile dress:
The glitch pants are cut on the bias to work with the tiered skirt, and open on the left hip to blend almost seamlessly with the slit in the skirt, which is a little work of prim art. The flexy is perfect - plently of flutter for the dance floor, but no flailing death throes of flexi doom.
As with all of PixelDolls clothing, these dresses are outstanding value for money. There are plenty of designers who turn out work without this level of detailing and charge a whole bunch more; Neph’s prices have always been low, and for that, the cheap ass Linden hoarders like me thank her from the bottoms of our well-dressed hearts.

Just purchased the purple Baile dress, and it gave me a purple skirt/pants and the red on black top. Really can’t wear it like that.

Glad you are enjoying them, this release was a hell of a lot of fun, and I have a lot more along these lines coming.
I’m sorry to hear about the glitch with the Baile vendor- I’ll get on that right away. I had some crashing issues earlier while I was trying to answer IMs and fix the Fiore vendors, so if you’ve messaged me about it I may not have gotten it- do try me again. I’m heading in now to look at the vendors again and correct any issues.

I adore PixelDolls clothes! They are usually so perfect and with gorgeous details. That is why I have so much PD clothes.

I had never been to pixeldolls before I read this on Saturday. Now, I own most of the store.

The coolest thing though, is that the prices are great for such high-quality clothes. As Sabrina already mentioned, the seams match, the colors are gorgeous and true, and the pieces look as good on my av as they do in the ads.
So … maybe I bought fifteen outfits when I’d only planned on getting one … it’s not Neph’s fault. Or is it?

I bought the Aire dress in ocean a few days ago and can’t get my avi to take it off. sometimes she has a mind of her own :/
