Seu Japanese, Seu Cute!

Filed under: Accessories, Bargains/Freebies, Body, Clothing, Hair, Shoes, Tops — Sabrina Doolittle @ 5:59 pm

A quick entry because I’m doing a million things in SL today, but I could not resist the power of Shop Seu after arraiin sent me a landmark. The inventory is tiny but that’s OK because it just means you can acquire everything in sight that much faster. It’s more of that insane Japanese cuteness at insanely low prices, so just give in, hand over your money and take home your new adoreableness.

While I know it is spring and we’re all done with the winter clothes, these are some very cute hand-drawn turtlenecks. My favourite is the yellowy cream because you can see the really nice, contemporary wrapping detail on the neck prims - not your mother’s standard torus at all:

Did you see the cute flats? Yes, there are FLATS here as well, and while they are not works of prim art and will not put any of SL’s top shoe makers out of business, they are absolutely darling and they are SIX PAIRS FOR $80L:

They are untextured tinted colours but they are mod and you can no doubt use the white ones to match any outfit. Fabulous. But! Not as fabulous as the knee socks! The very complexly named kushukushu kutsushita socks cover half your foot and come with these scrumptious foot sag/knee slack prims for the falling down Pippi Longstocking look. They need to stay still so I can eat them, that’s how cute they are.

Carrying on with the Pippi theme, this is the TOTALLY AWESOME mofumofuhair in orange brown. There are only two styles and this only comes in six colors but holy moly - it is the best pigtails I’ve seen with the new-fangled curly texture prims. It also has some very cleverly cut and flexied prims that fall really, really well. And I love the little bits in front of the ears. Love them.

Stay still, flexi hair…. munch, munch, munch!

Where to Buy:

…and why does wordpress always tell me I’m posting too fast? Is it my fault I can type real fast…

  8. FYI,”mofumofu” is a imitative word that expressed squashy confy touch :-)

  9. For me it’s the completely comfy turtlenecks. I bought all three, and I’m wearing one right now with my favorite pair of jeans. What I love, in addition to the completely unbelievable price, is the way the prim neck stays with the shirt, unlike some sl turtlenecks that resemble an innertube or the flower garland around the neck of a winning horse — or, come to think of it, a very large fuzzy donut shaped necklace. Take your pick. This one stays put. Thanks for the great find, Sabrina.

Even though I am broke, I’m gonna go to that store and buy pretty much everything, twice.

Also, this entry amused me. Your entries are always great, but this one was fun and silly. :)

  19. I got the hair and adore it, but as for the no blonde…well, it -is- Japanese, and while there are plenty of Japanese girls who sport peroxide ‘do’s, it’s not usually a color found even close to nature on our dark little heads.

  24. Thank you so much! I have been seeing the mofumofu pigtail style on models in Japanese sims for ages, and had no clue where to buy it! Now I have it in orange brown and I’m very well pleased. Also got the kushukushu socks - and they look great together.

  25. […] After doing my research, I found a few blog posts on the glorious world wide web that mention Shop Seu. A few of them, should you choose to read up yourself (and I would…and have!) can be found at Fashion Victim, Soigne, and Linden Lifestyles. […]
